Coulter Elite Resourcing are currently looking for a Business Development Consultant to work with one of their well-established and very successful clients based in Huntingdon to work as part of their sales team.
Our client is an award winning and accredited education services business with 25 years expertise.
They are a technology enabled business, people are at the heart of our client. With 200 highly qualified employees supporting more than 1,600 schools nationwide.
Principle Responsibilities for the Business Development Consultant :-
- Converting new business opportunities through inbound and outbound sales activity selling professional services into the education sector.
- Manage inbound leads and web enquiries and convert into fully qualified opportunities through online and face to face meetings
- Nurture and manage sales pipeline of opportunities using sales software
- Achieve assigned targets KPIs and Strategic objectives
- Attend new business meetings when required
- Must have excellent decision-making skills and the ability to deal with difficult situations head on
- Honesty, integrity and excellent relationship management
- Track record of meeting KPIs
- Good communication and inter personnel skills
- Team player
This is a full time permanent Business Development Consultant position, 9am – 5pm offering an annual salary of £25,000 – £26,000 plus Bonus and annual company benefits.
