Coulter Elite Resourcing is a well-established independent recruitment consultancy based in Peterborough whom are currently looking to expand their current team with the appointment of an additional Divisional Recruitment Manager 

We work extensively within the Commercial, Engineering, Technical and FMGC sectors. To keep up with our continued expansion we are now looking to appoint a Divisional Recruitment Manager to manage an existing desk and a team of consultants. You will be tasked with servicing current positions and developing existing accounts whilst always having a keen eye to attain new business opportunities

Our approach is both professional and friendly which enables us to provide a unique personalised service to our clients on an Account Managed basis. We offer a consultative approach and tailor our recruitment drives to each individual client.

Job Specification for Divisional Recruitment Manager:-

  • Managing a department to achieve personal and team targets
  • Working alongside a close team of dedicated recruiters
  • Holding weekly 121’s and participate in senior management meetings
  • Motivate your team to gain the best of the group
  • Account Manage existing business and grow these relationships
  • Business develop to look for new business opportunities
  • Manage full 360* recruitment cycle from initial interview to placement
  • Build strong rapport with clients and candidates
  • Interview candidates face to face
  • Carry out and lead client meetings
  • Search and select relevant candidates based on clients’ needs

Person Specification:-

  • Previous recruitment experience
  • Be a motivated recruiter able to manage and motivate a team
  • Be tenacious and driven to develop and win new business
  • Be excellent at building relationships
  • Be able to work well on your own and as part of a dedicated, lively team
  • Have your own car
