 Are you a confident and enthusiastic Office Manager/Team Secretary looking for a new opportunity?

Our client are looking for a highly organised person who takes pride in the presentation of their work, has an eye for detail and a passion for precision.  Works well under pressure to time frames yet who is equally happy working on their own initiative in the quieter times.  Someone who will ‘take charge’ of the daily running of the office and ensures it is kept tidy at all times.  A good team player who can interact well with the team.  Ideally flexible and able to stay late on occasion; flexibility works both ways.  Someone with a ‘get it done’ attitude.

Someone who has previous Office Management and Secretarial experience and must have good knowledge of Powerpoint, Excel and Word.  Knowledge of Sage Act! database would be beneficial but not essential.

Coulter Elite Resourcing are currently looking for a Office Manager/Team Secretary to work with one of their market leading clients based in Windsor.

Principle Responsibilities for the Office Manager/Team Secretary:

  • Managing the day to day running of the office to make sure it runs efficiently (making sure the offices are tidy, consumables stocked etc)
  • Setting up for meetings, welcome clients
  • Point of contact for IT and dealing with queries relating to mobile phones, printers etc.
  • Updating Database
  • Arranging social events
  • Ordering stationery
  • Welcoming visitors and answering the phones

This is a full-time permanent Office Manager/Secretarial Buyer position, working 5 days a week Monday to Friday – 8.30am to 5pm, with offsite parking.
