HR Administrator – Hinckley – £22,000 – £25,000

Are you an experienced HR Administrator looking for the next step up in your career?

We are looking to recruit a HR Administrator to work for our well established and market leading client based in Hinckley.

You will provide bespoke HR documentation support. Looking after a wide range of industries setting up their company policies, contracts and handbooks.

The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of HR processes and employment legislation as well as first class customer service skills.

Responsibilities for this HR Administrator role:

•          Drafting employment documentation for clients

•          Servicing clients in a timely and efficient manner

•          Guide clients with all employment law/HR enquiries (VC , phone, email)

•          Build rapport and relationships with clients on each interaction

•          Ensuring you are up to date with legislation changes

Person specification for this HR Administrator:

•          Proactive and creative problem solver

•          Ability to remain professional in a fast-paced environment

•          A dynamic and flexible approach, as well as the ability to work under pressure.

•          Customer service

•          Good knowledge of HR processes and employment legislation

•          An enthusiasm for generating new business referrals

•          Ability to learn, research and interpret law quickly and effectively.

•          Ability to prioritise and work unsupervised as required

This is a full-time permanent HR Administrator position, working Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm. Company perks include a profit share scheme, monthly incentives AND the day off on your birthday!
