Coulter Elite are looking for an Accounts Assistant, the office is based within the Peterborough area. This exciting opportunity to join a passionate team of people that work in a well respected logistics partner in the Agri and Food Sector within special transport.
Overview of position: As an Accounts Assistant, you will work closely with the various departments to provide essential day to day administrative support to the business, by carrying out the following:
List of Main Responsibilities:
• Learning each process and being able to invoice all UK accounts
• Work with Planning team to resolve customer queries
• Work with customers to settle queries. This involves communication by the following –
o Via Email
o Via post
o Via phone
• Find missing paperwork from driver’s paperwork pack and enter data onto spreadsheet (core responsibility)
• Store and file paperwork
• To undertake any other duties and deal with matters which can be reasonably expected of this position.
Qualifications / skills required:
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
• Customer service skills.
• IT literate
• Attention to detail
• You can work well as part of a team and/or on your own initiative.
• Strong organisational skills • The ability to prioritise, multitask and manage your workload , Full driving license
This is a Full time position, offering a salary of up to £26,000
