Project Manager – Retail

£30,000-£40,000 per annum (negotiable for the right candidate)
CE Solutions is collaborating with Princebuild Ltd to recruit a Project Manager for various retail contracts across England. Established in 1971, Princebuild delivers a nationwide service to diverse customers.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee retail projects ensuring efficiency, profitability, and compliance.
- Manage projects ranging from £5,000 to £10m.
- Ensure high-quality work, safety, and client satisfaction.
- Additional hours and night shifts may be required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail project management.
- Full UK driving license.
- Construction-related qualification (HNC/HND/BSc).
- GCSE Grade C or above in English, Literacy, and Numeracy.
- IOSH Managing Safely certification.
- Proficiency in IT packages.
Desirables:
- Current CSCS Card.
- First Aid at Work certification.
- NEBOSH certification.
