CE Solutions are currently looking for a Product Developer to work with one of our well-established and very successful clients in FMCG sector. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a vibrant team focused on creating innovative food products for major retailers and customers.
Principal Responsibilities for the Product Developer:
- Support the NPD Manager in the day-to-day operations of the NPD team.
- Collaborate with chefs to develop new food products, ensuring compliance with nutritional and customer policies.
- Manage administrative tasks related to the gated NPD process and assist with feasibility meetings.
- Serve as a key part of the customer-facing team, providing communication and support.
- Assist in the trialling and launching of new products to ensure successful scale-up in the factory.
Person Specification:
- A solid understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Strong IT skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and internal systems.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with customer-facing experience, ideally with major retailers.
- Knowledge of nutrition and the ability to calculate nutritional information.
- A passion for food and a proven track record of product launches and strategic growth.

This is a full-time, permanent position working Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, offering an annual salary of up to £35,000 per annum.
