Service Manager – Worcester – £40,000 – £60,000

Coulter Elite Resourcing is currently looking for a Service Manager to work with one of their well-established and very successful clients who specialize in JCB plant equipment.

Principal Responsibilities for the Service Manager:

  • Oversee and manage the service operations for JCB plant equipment.
  • Ensure timely and efficient service delivery to meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
  • Manage, train, and support service staff to enhance performance and productivity.
  • Implement and monitor service policies and procedures to ensure compliance and quality.

Person Specification:

  • Proven experience as a Service Manager in the heavy equipment or plant machinery industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Knowledge of JCB plant equipment and relevant industry standards.

This is a full-time permanent Service Manager position, offering an annual salary of £40,000 – £60,000 plus company benefits including 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays, a pension scheme, a discount scheme on all company products, and free car parking.
