Coulter Elite Resourcing are currently looking for an Electrical Service Engineer to work with one of their well-established clients who specialise in Generators and temporary Power Solutions.
Principle Responsibilities for the Electrical Service Engineer :-
- Carry out routine service, maintenance and repairs as required to a fleet of generators and Bowsers.
- Responsible for maintaining all rental equipment including test and inspection and the preparation of equipment for rental purposes.
- Organising the storage of all fleet and equipment to ensure that the workshop areas are well organised and kept tidy.
- Responsible for loading of equipment / liaising with the team to ensure equipment is dispatched by internal or external transport.
- Comply with the company health and safety policy, including carrying out general housekeeping to ensure work areas are kept to a high standard.
Person specification:-
- Ideally you will have at last 2 years’ experience of Mechanical or electrical engineering.
- A good technical knowledge of Power Generators or Electrical/Mechanical Machinery
- Relevant experience or qualifications within the Power Industry
- Be competent in electrical engineering systems.
- Have experience in fault finding / diagnostics.
- Must be able to prioritise tasks and work well under pressure in an ever-changing demanding hire environment.
- Good communication skills and an understanding of the importance of providing excellent customer service.
This is a full time permanent Electrical Service Engineer position, offering an annual salary of up to £45,000 PA plus annual company benefits to include a company vehicle, 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays, pension scheme and free car parking.
