Reporting to the Technical Manager and MD, you will be responsible for variety of projects in the residential, commercial, and hi-tech sectors, with projects of a construction value up to £10m. This exciting opportunity involves working within the wider team and a group of talented individuals.

As and Architectural Technologist your tasks include:

  • Assisting with planning applications
  • Measured building surveys
  • Preparing building regulation packages and working drawing packages
  • Ensuring compliance with QA procedures
  • Liaising with client bodies, statutory authorities, design teams and manufacturers
