This is a full-time, permanent Customer Service Advisor position, working Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5pm. Company perks include a profit share scheme, monthly incentives AND the day off on your birthday!
Responsibilities for this Customer Service Advisor role:
- Manage client queries regarding their employment documentation
- Guide clients through all Legal & HR enquiries (phone, email)
- Drafting legal documentation for clients
- Servicing clients in a timely and efficient manner
- Build rapport and relationships with clients on each interaction
Person Specification for this Customer Service Advisor role:
- A background in HR, Legal, Recruitment, sales, operations or customer service
- Ability to work to SLA’s and deadlines
- Ability to remain professional in a fast-paced environment
- A dynamic and flexible approach, as well as the ability to work under pressure.
- Face to face or telephone customer service experience – B2B preferred
- Ability to learn, research and interpret HR & Employment Law
