We’re looking for a Luxury Showroom Team Leader, working for a leading retailer within the luxury flooring industry.

Supporting the Showroom Manager, you’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and resolving issues as and when required. You will manage your own leads as well as monitoring the Sales Advisor’s workloads. You’ll also be required to conduct face to face showroom appointments with customers.
As Team Leader, your responsibilities include:
- Handle inbound sales calls and make proactive outbound calls to customers
- Create quotes, process payments, arrange deliveries, and manage aftersales
- Offer tailored advice on sizing, suitability, and pricing with a flair for interiors
- Keep the CRM system accurate with client updates and daily activity
- Organise and dispatch product samples efficiently
- Welcome customers to the showroom with a warm, professional approach
- Resolve issues and handle complaints with confidence and care
- Support the sales team in closing deals
- Assist with training and onboarding new team members
Person Specification
- Proven sales experience (minimum 2 years)
- Confident working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Experience in luxury goods or interiors is a bonus
- Exceptionally organised with strong task prioritisation skills
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and hands-on approach
- Self-motivated and able to energise those around you
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
