Reporting to the Head of Finance, you’ll be responsible for payroll across the whole business. This exciting opportunity involves working within the finance team and HR teams.

As Payroll Specialist, your tasks include:

  • Ensure payroll processes comply with HMRC regulations and employment laws.
  • Reconcile payroll and bank accounts monthly.
  • Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
  • Collate and analyse HR data including headcount, turnover, time-to-hire, performance, compensation.
  • Verify and process monthly paid employee time data, including relevant submissions to Payroll Bureau, HMRC, Pension provider etc.
