Our client, a respected and forward-thinking law firm with deep roots in the local community and a reputation for excellence, are seeking an experienced Solicitor to join their Residential Conveyancing team in Greater London.
To apply for this role, you’ll need experience within the legal sector.
Reporting to the Partners, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all legal aspects of residential property transactions, ensuring compliance with UK property law.
As a Solicitor, your tasks include:
- Handing a high-volume caseload of conveyancing matters.
- Working on sales & purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgages and equity transfers.
- Overseeing New Build transactions and Shared Ownership Schemes
- Liaising with Stakeholders
- Managing Exchange and Completion
