Our client is seeking a bright, confident credit controller to join their fast paced, dynamic team in Hinckley.
To apply for this role, you’ll need a minimum of two years customer services or account collection experience.
Working within the Group Credit function, you’ll be responsible for maintaining cash collections and reducing overdue debt with a pragmatic and commercial approach
As Credit Controller, your tasks include:
- Contact clients regarding overdue accounts and handle payment/service queries, mainly by phone.
- Deliver excellent service and maintain accurate records in internal systems.
- Process debit/credit card payments and manage account adjustments as needed.
- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth account management and internal operations.
- Compile full case histories for unresolved accounts to support next-step decisions.
