Working within the Group Credit function, you’ll be responsible for maintaining cash collections and reducing overdue debt with a pragmatic and commercial approach

As Credit Controller, your tasks include:

  • Contact clients regarding overdue accounts and handle payment/service queries, mainly by phone.
  • Deliver excellent service and maintain accurate records in internal systems.
  • Process debit/credit card payments and manage account adjustments as needed.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure smooth account management and internal operations.
  • Compile full case histories for unresolved accounts to support next-step decisions.
