Our client is seeking HR Advisors to join their team in Hinckley, Leicestershire. This role is perfect for Operations and Retail Managers looking to transition into HR or expand their HR expertise.
If you have a solid understanding of employee relations from a managerial background in Operations, Retail, or Service Delivery focused roles, this is an excellent opportunity to take the next step in your career.
As an HR Advisor, your tasks include:
- Managing a caseload of various ER issues, from general queries to more complex ER cases, including document reviews
- Offering tailored employment law and ER advice to clients, particularly in retail, operations, and service-focused industries
- Coaching and supporting clients to help them make informed decisions on workforce management
- Providing expert guidance on employment law matters and ACAS best practices
