What You’ll Be Doing
As a Recruitment Consultant, your responsibilities will include:
- Making outbound calls to connect with clients and generate new business
- Interviewing candidates and building a strong talent database
- Matching candidates to live roles
- Screening and shortlisting applicants
- Preparing candidates for interviews
- Negotiating fees and terms with clients

This is a full-time, permanent position (Monday to Friday). While the role is primarily office-based, you’ll also have opportunities to meet with clients and candidates in person. A full UK driving licence is preferred, as supporting people face-to-face is a key part of how we work.
