Our client, a leading UK business specialising in consultancy and business support solutions, is seeking an experienced Sales Trainer to join their growing team in Hinckley, Leicestershire.

Reporting to the Head of Learning & Development, you’ll be responsible for designing and delivering engaging training programmes to help sales teams reach their full potential.
This exciting opportunity involves working across multiple departments to strengthen capability, drive revenue performance, and ensure consistency in sales excellence.
As Sales Trainer, your tasks include:
- Delivering induction training for new telesales professionals
- Coaching existing team members to improve performance and confidence
- Developing sales training materials and learning resources
- Identifying individual development needs through performance analysis
- Sharing best practice across the wider business
