We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Contracts Project Manager to join our clients dynamic team! The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing electrical projects from conception to completion, ensuring that all aspects of the project are delivered on time, within budget, and in adherence to quality standards. The Electrical Contracts Project Manager will play a pivotal role in coordinating various project elements, managing resources, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Project Planning and Coordination:
    • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
    • Coordinate and schedule all project activities to ensure timely completion.
  2. Budget Management:
    • Estimate project costs and prepare budgets.
    • Monitor project expenditures and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
  3. Contract Management:
    • Oversee contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
    • Review and interpret contract documents, identifying key requirements and obligations.
  4. Team Leadership:
    • Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
    • Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a positive working environment.
  5. Quality Assurance:
    • Implement and enforce quality control standards throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets industry standards and project specifications.
  6. Client Interaction:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
    • Provide regular project updates and reports to clients, maintaining open lines of communication.
  7. Regulatory Compliance:
    • Stay informed about industry regulations, codes, and standards.
    • Ensure projects comply with all relevant electrical codes and safety regulations.
  8. Risk Management:
    • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
    • Implement measures to minimize project risks and ensure smooth execution.
  9. Documentation:
    • Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project reports.
    • Ensure all project-related paperwork is organized and easily accessible.
