As Social Media Manager social you will be responsible for the company’s media strategy, curating captivating content, fostering meaningful engagement, and building a loyal online community. With your expertise in organic growth tactics and digital marketing savvy, you’ll boost brand’s visibility and drive revenue-generating opportunities.
Principle Responsibilities for the Social Media Manager:
- Develop and execute innovative social media strategies to drive business objectives.
- Create compelling content that resonates with our target audience and sparks conversation.
- Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and cultivate relationships to foster brand loyalty.
- Identify and leverage emerging trends and platform algorithms to maximize reach and engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing initiatives.
- Implement SEO best practices to optimize content visibility and enhance organic search rankings.
- Generate insightful reports and analyse key metrics to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive data-driven decision-making.
Person Specification for the Social Media Manager:
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
- Experience in developing and implementing social media strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Familiarity with social media management tools
