Coulter Elite are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Leader to join our team. As a Sales Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving revenue growth. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization and contribute to its success.

– Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives
– Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics
– Identify new business opportunities and drive customer acquisition
– Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
– Provide coaching, training, and guidance to the sales team
– Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions

– Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in telesales.
– Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
– Excellent leadership and team management skills
– Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
– Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From £35,000.00 per year. Mon – Fri 9am-5:30pm
